Argonaut Therapeutics Announces Appointment of New Board Director Nick Dixon-Clegg OSI

Oxford, UK, 1 August 2020Argonaut Therapeutics, a leading developer of novel cancer agents, announced the appointment of Mr Nick Dixon-Clegg to its Board of Directors, representing key investor, Oxford Sciences Innovation.  Nick is a Principal at OSI and brings 10 years of experience across investing and corporate finance. Prior to joining OSI Nick was a Principal at Valiance, a MedTech-focused venture capital firm. He was previously an investor at Nordic Capital, a large cap buyout private equity firm, where he focused on Healthcare investing. Prior to that he was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working as part of the Healthcare coverage team in London. He holds a Triple First Class MA (Cantab) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
